Megan Thee Stallion and her makeup artist fight over makeup credit after the singer didn't tag him in her post

Rapper Megan Thee Stallion and her makeup artist dragged each other on Instagram over makeup credit after the artist was upset that Megan didn't tag him to her post.

Megan shared a video showing Vogue Magazine following her around for a feature. Makeup artist Akil McCoy, of Akilaface, replied to the post and accused Megan of not giving him credit. This resulted in a reply from Megan and things went downhill from there.

"Makeup by Akilaface," the makeup artist commented under Megan's post, indirectly accusing her of not tagging him to give credit.

And Megan replied: "@akilaface and me."

Well, the makeup artist did not agree Megan deserves the credit so he replied: "@theestallion no you filled in your eyebrows and put on your lighter Mac powder when I was done. This is not a makeup war I always do your makeup and never get credited. That is hurtful."

Megan responded: "@akilaface woah. First of all if you was really "hurt" you could've txt me this. Second you right it ain't a war bc we all know I do my makeup and you touch it up or I let you start it and I'll finish it."

An old post shared by Akil indicates Megan might be telling the truth. Akilaface once shared a photo of Megan and told of how they both collaborated on her face while doing her makeup.

We are not planning to arrest investigative journalist Fisayo Soyombo, we are investigating Ikoyi Prison instead - NCS Controller-General, Ja’afaru Ahmed

The controller general of the Nigerian Correctional Service, Ja’afaru Ahmed has denied claims of planning to arrest investigative journalist Fisayo Soyombo, who exposed the rot in Nigeria’s criminal justice system.

Commenting on the documentary which exposed “drug abuse, sodomy, bribery, pimping and cash and carry operations” in Ikoyi prison, Ahmed said those found guilty of the allegations would be punished.

A statement released on Tuesday evening read “The attention of the Nigerian Correctional Service has been drawn to allegations of drug abuse, sodomy, bribery, pimping and cash and carry operations in Ikoyi Custodial Centre, Lagos.

“In view of the gravity of the allegations, the Controller General, Ja’afaru Ahmed has set up a high powered panel to immediately commence full investigations into the matter in order to establish the authenticity of the report, identify and bring the culprits to book if found guilty of the allegations.

“The CG who gave the directive in his office in Abuja today stated that the Service is willing to work with the general public as well as relevant stakeholders in the justice sector to actualize the policy objectives of transforming the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS) into a modern reformatory institution that operates in line with best international practices.”

Describing investigative journalists as the agency's partners who seek the development of the nation, Ahmed stated that they have no plans of arresting or prosecuting Fisayo who went into hiding.

“Investigative journalists are partners, who seek the development of the nation, and called for more of such findings aimed at reforming the institution for better service delivery,” he said.

“He therefore called for more constructive engagement with the media and the general public with a view to strengthening the implementation of the Nigerian Correctional Service Act, 2019.”

Selena Gomez fans are convinced Hailey Baldwin ‘threatened to kill her’ after she released visual for new song Lose You To Love Me

Selena Gomez just released the visual for her new song Lose You To Love Me, and her ex Justin Bieber's wife, Hailey Baldwin Bieber shared a post which people believe is a threat to kill Selena.

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber dated on and off for years (from 2009 - March 2018) before he got engaged to Hailey Baldwin in July 2018 and married her in September 2018.

Following Justin's second wedding to Hailey, Selena released a video for her new track Lose You To Love Me. Viewers are convinced the song is a shade at ex Justin Bieber.

In it, Selena sang about a man who promised her the world and she "fell for it" but he ended up not keeping his promise. Instead, he hurt her. She also sang about being "replaced" in two months "like it was easy". This is believed to be a reference to how Justin quickly moved on to Hailey.

In the song, she also shaded an ex for "singing off-key" in her chorus because it wasn't his song. While some fans say the ex in question is Justin Bieber, who featured on two of her tracks in 2013, others are claiming it’s the Weeknd.

Only minutes after the video was released, Justin's wife, Hailey Baldwin Bieber took to her Instagram Stories to share a screenshot of Summer Walker’s "I’ll Kill You" playing on her phone. Instagram and Twitter users believe this is a threat directed at Selena for singing about her husband.

One Twitter user called out Hailey for the screenshot, writing: "The song been out 20 minutes and hailey already has something to say."

Another wrote: "I know hailey baldwin did not just jokingly threaten selena’s life when her husband is the f***ing idiot that ruined selena’s life for years."

Another tweet reads: "Hailey is married with the man, and still insecure about Selena."

Following Hailey's supposed threat, Selena went on to share a message on Instagram about the "enemy trying to tear her down," which some are saying is referring to Hailey.

Selena wrote: "I’m literally just laying down and thanking Jesus. Where my father has taken me and placing me is exactly where I am meant to be.

"He said to me “Selena hold on, I hurt when you hurt. I cry when you cry but I will NEVER, EVER leave your side. Work with me, walk with me and watch how I do it".

"He always surprises me and I re-fall in love with Him every single time. In my worst moments, like awful, my most painful moments – I never stopped falling to my knees wanting and needing only His love.

"See the enemy keeps trying to tear me down and it’s not gonna happen. Not today. Not the next…"

Hailey used to be a fan of Selena and Justin Bieber's relationship (Jelena) and used to tweet her support for them.

Swiss bank, Credit Suisse, has stated in its Global Wealth Report 2019 that the number of rich Chinese has surpassed the count of wealthy Americans for the first time as both countries keep churning out millionaires.

The Swiss bank’s annual wealth survey released on Monday, October 21st found 100 million Chinese ranked in the global top 10% as of the middle of this year versus 99 million in the United States.

“Despite the trade tension between the United States and China over the past 12 months, both countries have fared strongly in wealth creation, contributing $3.8 trillion and $1.9 trillion respectively,” said Nannette Hechler-Fayd’herbe, global head of economics and research at Credit Suisse CSGN.S.

The ranks of the world’s millionaires have risen by 1.1 million to an estimated 46.8 million, collectively owning $158.3 trillion in net assets, 44% of the global total, the study found. The United States added more than half of this number –675,000 new millionaires – to its sizeable stock.

A decline in average wealth in Australia largely due to exchange rates resulted in 124,000 fewer millionaires there, while Britain lost 27,000 and Turkey 24,000. The report estimates that 55,920 adults are worth at least $100 million and 4,830 have net assets above $500 million. It forecast global wealth which increased 2.6% over the past year would rise by 27% over the next five years to $459 trillion by 2024. The number of millionaires would also grow over this period to almost 63 million.

The share of the world’s bottom 90% accounts for 18% of global wealth, compared to 11% in the 2000. “While it is too early to say wealth inequality is now in a downward phase, the prevailing evidence suggests that 2016 may have been the peak for the near future,” it said.
