Kate Middleton shows off her playful side as she poses in the garden she designed for the Chelsea Flower Show
The Duchess of Cambridge was pictured giggling as she posed on a rope swing hanging from a tree.
The mother-of-three helped design a "back to nature" garden for the Chelsea Flower Show and several photos of her taken in the garden show her looking happy and radiant.
According to Daily Mail, the delightful picture was taken by a palace aide last week as Kate took a playful break from putting finishing touches to the garden before the world-famous show opens on Tuesday.
Kate Middleton's Back To Nature theme is part of the work the Duchess has been doing to promote the benefits of being outdoors for physical and mental health. Her aim is to rekindle the magic of childhood and she wants the garden to be a playground for children to enjoy, as well as a relaxing space for grown-ups.
Speaking ahead of the garden unveiling, The Duchess of Cambridge said: "In recent years I have focussed much of my work on the early years, and how instrumental they are for outcomes later in life. I believe that spending time outdoors when we are young can play a role in laying the foundations for children to become happy, healthy adults."
According to her co-designers, Kate was inspired by forest-bathing, the Japanese practice of walking slowly and thoughtfully in woodland to "bathe" in its peace and beauty and recharge the body’s batteries.

Child protection authorities order a woman to stop posting photos of her seven-year old granddaughter on social media
Child protection authorities in Switzerland have ordered a woman to stop posting pictures and photos of her seven-year old granddaughter on social media.
The order came after the girl’s mother, who is said to have a different relationship with the older relative, filed a complaint with the child protection services (KESB) in Bern.
The agency sent a letter to the grandmother asking her to stop publishing pictures and videos of the girl online. But the grandmother responded by saying that she wouldn't be told what to do. She also stressed she was not posting naked pictures of the child.
When the grandmother continued to post pictures of the child online, the KESB threatened her with legal punishment if she refused to comply. In an interview with Swiss Sunday paper SonntagsZeitung, the agency’s president, Charlotte Christener, spoke of a “recognized problem”. She said it often arose when parents were fighting or when one parent demanded that the other parent delete online images of a child.
Around 80 percent of children under the age of two have an online presence, according to internet security firm AGV. One recent Swiss study found that publishing photos of children online constituted an infringement of personal rights and recommended that clearly identifiable images of young children should not be published online.

I overcame challenges in govt through constant prayers- Goodluck Jonathan
Former President, Goodluck Jonathan, has attributed the achievements he made in government to prayers. The former president revealed this when he spoke at the third session of the 10th Synod of the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion in Abuja.
“As a nation, from the beginning, we’ve been passing through a lot of challenges; the issues of kidnapping and armed robbery. Even to travel to very near cities such as Kaduna is becoming a nightmare to Nigerians. With constant prayers, the country will get through all its challenges.
For me, who you all gave privilege of being president for five years, the little achievements we made were through your constant prayers. Whenever, I have opportunity, I thank you for the support you gave me.” he said

For voting against the APC in the 2019 general elections, the Igbos have lost their chance for the 2023 presidency slot- Rotimi Amaechi
Minister of Transport, Rotimi Amaechi, has said that the people of South-East rehion have lost their chance of securing the 2023 presidential slot after they vioted masively against the APC and President Buhari during the February 23rd Presidential election.
Amaechi said this in a fresh interview with The Sun. The Minister who is from Rivers state, said with the way the region voted, it cannot come to the table now to demand that the APC gives them the chance to field a presidnetial candidate in the 2023 election. Speaking during the interview, the Minister said
“I don’t know what they will do now for voting against the APC. For refusing to support the APC, they cannot come to the table to demand the presidency slot. For people like us in the APC, if the Igbo had come and voted Buhari, they would boldly tell Mr President and the National Chairman of the party that presidency should go the Southeast since the South-south; South-west and North-west have produced president. What argument would the Southeast come up with now to convince anybody that they deserve the slot for 2023 president?”
Ahead of the 2019 elections, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Boss Mustapha, had said that the fastest way for the Igbos to acqualize their dream of occupying the seat of power, is for the region to support the Buhari re-election bid in 2019 and then by 2023, the Igbo presidency can now become a reality.

Mel B is 'rushed to hospital after losing vision in her right eye'
Mel B was rushed to the hospital after losing vision in her right eye.
The mother-of-three stopped seeing properly on Friday, just weeks before the Spice Girls reunion tour is due to kick off.
According to The Sun, she arrived at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London and told medics that she was "totally blind" and "couldn't see anything."
The 43-year-old cannot see with her left eye due to a botched laser surgery done 20 years ago to correct her vision but which ended up going wrong.
A source to The Sun: "Mel was in a really bad way. The other girls and their managers were really worried.
"Mel was frantic and screaming that she couldn't see a thing. She went to the hospital in a chauffeur-driven car with an assistant, who was holding her hand. No one knew what brought it on but she had very swift, and very good, treatment."
After arriving at the hospital, Mel B was later transferred to Luton and Dunstable Hospital's ophthalmology department and was discharged when she was able to see again.

FG has credible evidence of plans to sabotage President Buhari’s government – Lai Mohammed
The Federal government says it has credible evidence pointing to the fact that the main opposition party, PDP and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, are planning to sabotage the Buhari-led administration. Lai Mohammed's comment comes few days after the Nigerian Army raised alarm that some persons are working with foreign powers to stop the inauguration ceremony on May 29th.
Speaking at the 2019 edition of his Annual Ramadan Lecture held at his home town Oro, Kwara yesterday Saturday May 18th, Lai Mohammed said
“As you are aware, a few days ago we raised the alarm that either by themselves or via their proxies, the PDP and its presidential candidate are doing everything possible to sabotage the Buhari Administration.
Our interventions are based on credible evidence, and no government, with the kind of evidence that we have, of plans to subvert the power of the state, attack the nation’s economic live wire and generally unleash mayhem on the polity, will keep quiet.
The security agencies are all alert to their responsibilities and will not sit by and allow anyone to reverse the gains of our democracy under any guise''.
