CELEBRITY UPDATES:Kanye West is unstable and he's delusional- Chelsea Handler

Comedian Chelsea Handler has claimed Kanye West's bizarre rants are a sign he 

is increasingly losing his grip on his mental state. The self-styled funnywoman

 said he has always been out of control in private, but thinks his ever more 

public meltdowns hint there could be worse on the horizon.
Chelsea, 40, told ET Canada on Monday: ' 'I've always thought he's a maniac, 

and he just sounds like more of one. 'He's acted like this for years and now

 people are acting surprised that he's acting like this.'



Later in her interview she took things further, explaining what she thinks lies

 in the future for the College Dropout star.


The comedienne, who previously had a 'casual' affair with his rap rival 

50 Cent, said: 'He's unstable and he's delusional. And now he'll have a mental 

breakdown in front of everybody, even though he's been in this state for years.'

However the former chat show host, who was promoting her new Netflix show - 

Chelsea Does, does not believe Kanye's claims he is $53 million in debt.

She said: 'He's probably trying to be funny. He thinks that's funny.
