Kim K reportedly gave birth NATURALLY after fears she'd have to have a C-section and is overjoyed with her little boy.
According to Hollywood Life, the reality star couldn't be happy with her "perfect" son who was born three weeks early.
"Kim is absolutely overjoyed with the birth of her perfect baby boy," a source said.
"She gave birth naturally, her preferred way, and she must be a pro because this time around Kim felt it was a lot easier giving birth."
The 35-year-old star was previously worried that she would have to have a C-section after learning her baby was breech.
She underwent a procedure to turn the baby into a head-down position, so she could have the natural birth.
The brunette beauty announced on her website that the procedure hurt more than giving birth but it was a success.
"This weekend, I checked into the hospital and underwent a procedure called an ECV (External Cephalic Version, or a Version), which is done to manually turn the baby from a breech position to a head-down position,"she wrote.
"They gave me an IV with medication to relax my uterus, and then three doctors attempted to work together to turn the baby."
Kim went on to explain: "There was a risk that my water might break or the baby's heart rate could drop - in which case, an emergency C-section would then take place. I went in with my sisters and my husband. I was prepared for it all!"
